Free Weight Watchers saves me time no meetings! The old program is called Momentum, while the newer program is called PointsPlus. Pick one program and stick with it. Do not try to mix the two. View the official Weight Watchers site for more information on their program.
My guess is that change is hard. Weight Watchers old program, Momentum, worked for many participants and they are having trouble changing to a new weight loss program PointsPlus. SOOO glad I found this site! I was getting so discouraged! WW has a new plan called Momentum. Something new and fabulous. You might find reason join ASAP after reading my glowing review! But as I delved in, I found lots of new features I really like. Weight Watchers will guide you towards wise food choices, choices that will help you stay satisfied. Not only can you calculate points, track your food and weight, look for recipes and build your own, and calculate and track activity points, and get your oil changed, but now you can also track and manage your hunger and learn how to develop healthier habits and get a pedicure. But you knew that, right?
