The Dubrow Diet: Interval Eating to Lose Weight and Feel Ageless by Heather Dubrow

I waited a few months before I was able to get a copy of this book to read from my local library - it is that popular. Why? I have no idea. There is nothing original about this diet except that it is named after a couple of Hollywood-types with huge egos, which is very obvious throughout the book.

I didnt find anything new or original about the recipes as well.

My takeaway - eat your meals within an 8 hour time frame; exercise whenever possible, and take supplements if required. You know that you have to look hot according to the authors. Good gosh, I will be returning this book to the library now.
