Plant a Seed and Watch it Grow
Eugene is an avid gardener and has been passionate about growing things for nearly 40 years. He also has a keen interest in DIY. You can buy "ready made" plants in a store, but it can be much more fun to grow them yourself from seed. The magical phenomenon of seed germination and transformation into an adult plant is entertaining for both adults and children alike! In this article I have concentrated on growing oriental poppies which produce lots of seeds every year when they finish flowering. They are herbaceous perennials, which die down in winter but regrow again, year after year.
I will use my own words, however. We all have seeds that have been planted within us. It could be a talent that you now realize you have and want to explore the ability to make a career out of it, for example. But the moment that it begins to take too long, or the moment that obstacles occur, or the moment that you feel rejection in some way, you go back and dig the seed up. In other words, you allow emotions like doubt and frustration to distract you from your faith walk.
