NAYC 2019 - Joy-Unspeakable Joy
Unspeakable joy. What does that really mean? Joy is defined as follows: the emotion of great delight or happiness caused by something exceptionally good or satisfying; keen pleasure; elation. Though you do not now see him, you believe in him and rejoice with joy that is inexpressible and filled with glory. This text states a fact: believers in Jesus Christ may live lives of extreme joy.
Scripture: Romans Denomination: Assembly Of God. Romans If something were to happen to cause the thing that made you happy to expire or dissolve or disappear. Joy allows us to say in the times of trouble I still have joy
There is a joy Christians can have that does not come from this world.
can t remember to forget you meaning
For unto you is born this day in the city of David a Saviour, which is Christ the Lord. Over two thousand years ago the angel announced that God was going to bring great joy to all people through the birth of His Son Jesus Christ. Everyone since then who has accepted Christ into their hearts knows that this promise has been kept. That genuine joy that was experienced upon salvation often gives way to something less. Many times what we think of as joy today is a cheap imitation of the real thing.
What does the Bible say about? Though you have not seen him, you love him. Though you do not now see him, you believe in him and rejoice with joy that is inexpressible and filled with glory,. But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness,. For the kingdom of God is not a matter of eating and drinking but of righteousness and peace and joy in the Holy Spirit.
