My parents are going to be traveling to alaska next summer, a trip my mom has dreamt of for years and years For christmas, kind of as a prelude to this trip and perhaps to help get her even more juiced up for what should be an exceptional experience I want to get her a couple books about Alaska. I am picturing something non-fiction that is more interesting than reading frommer's and maybe that will make her experience even more enjoyable having read it prior to the trip. They like camping fishing kayaking canoeing, viewing wildlife and jsut enjoying pristine untouched nature at its finest.
